Eligibility for Refunds

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Refundable Items

Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at gmatti3758@aol.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. In these cases, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
